This is my second fanvid! I used Toxic by Britney Spears with lowered pitch, making it sound male. I'm not a big Britney fan, but I thought it fit. I am my biggest critic, so of course after scrutinizing it, I would have exchanged scenes...but this is it for now.

QAF Fan Meet Experiences

Hey everyone...I was wondering if I can get some help.
The Queer As Folk board on Fan Forum is wanting to create a mini-archive of fan-meet experiences so we can put them in that specific thread for reference. As of now, when you go into that thread, you have to hunt through multiple threads just to find one experience to read. This way, they'll all be kept in the threads "opening post" by link, for easy access. We have a lot of visitors who would LOVE to read our experiences.
Please let me know if you can share your story.

To start off…I didn't get a lot of pictures. I wasn't really hanging out at the venues, so I didn't see the cast aside from the panels. I didn't have a lot of photo ops, but I had a wonderful time.
On Thursday, I flew into Austin, arrived around 10:30 and went directly to the hotel and unpacked. The hotel was really nice and the view of the city from my room was fantastic. It sort of looks like Lego's.
Am I boring you yet? Around 3:30 Kathy and I met up for the first time and went to the Intercontinental Hotel to register for the festival. I've covered up the badge because I didn't want you to see that I've already changed my last name to Harold.

Jan. 21st, 2015 10:03 amI'm so sorry I didn't post this sooner...but I won the Queer As Folk Holiday Gift Exchange Doodle by the amazingly talented reeface in the Raffle to benefit the Ali Forney Center.
My prompt was for one of my favorite scenes from Beyond The Yellow Brick Road byplumsuede and I NEVER expected the detail that Ree put into this. She got the high-tech appliances, Justin wearing Brian's favorite "absolutely delicious, light gray, cotton, thin, clingy pant things he’s wearing again with nothing on underneath them." , and he's bending over the sink with his glass of OJ. "He resurfaces with orange juice and a wall-to-wall smile on his face, “Brian! Look! There are deer in the backyard!”
This is absolute perfection! I still cannot believe it! I will love you forever you sweet person you!

Queer As Folk Is 14 Today!

On this day, 14 years ago…Showtime aired the pilot episode of Queer As Folk, which started a journey that would last for 5 seasons. This was only the beginning.

My friends know that I am a Co-moderater of the Queer As Folk fan board on Fan Forum and I'm so proud that we have such an active group these days. We love this show so much and we never tire of talking about it.
We have around 250 boards on the forum and one of the boards challenged us to a posting contest for the month of December. So in honor of the anniversary of our ah~mazing show, we've accepted their challenge. The board with the highest post count is declared winner and they get bragging rights and a nifty custom user title. So this is really fun for us!
Anyway…I wanted to let you guys know, in case you wanted to stop by and say hi! On the 3rd we will be celebrating Queer As Folk's 14th Anniversary…so I'll post the link then.

Next year will be in Madrid, so maybe go together?

Another YT Video Clip Flagged!
Aug. 21st, 2014 11:18 amWow…I just went to pull my scene (Ice Cream Kiss) from YT to post here, and it was rejected to due "Terms of Service Violation". What this means is, someone flagged the clip as inappropriate content.
"Most nudity is not allowed, particularly if it is in a sexual context. Generally if a video is intended to be sexually provocative, it is less likely to be acceptable for YouTube."
What this means is…someone who complained either viewed my UNLISTED video from here or on FF. It is not searchable, so SOMEONE complained.
I've edited the clip so it doesn't show Justin's beautiful ASS-ets. Someone must have taken offense to it…which doesn't make sense due to the nature of the show.
ANYWAY…this is the last time I'm going to post any videos publicly for QAF fans. Now whenever I share my unlisted clips they will be friend locked…which sucks because they're meant to be enjoyed not locked up.
This makes me really sad because I had a wonderful YT Channel that many people enjoyed and was taken down. So this unlisted one is mainly for me to enjoy and share with a limited audience. :(
